Staying close to the bay in Malta had beautiful scenery and the capital city Valletta had a lot of going for it on the architecture side as well. This was on a walk in the evening, if you are curious, I was staying in a hotel just next to the crane (if you can spot it in the pic 😀) and this was the view just a few hundred meters from there.
