Red Eared Slider. Maybe?
Photographed this fellow getting some on the rocks in the Kannamangla lake. If my identification is correct, these are illegal in India and are from the USA. Maybe someone abandoned them in the lake because of legality? Feel free to let me know in the comments if I’ve identified it incorrectly. Thanks.
