When you are carrying a full frame, with a 200-600mm lens, doing a crop mode shooting, have lot of spare storage and importantly not sure what the bird is on your screen, you just capture it to review later. Sometimes it’s a lifer, sometimes it’s just a common crow. If the picture looks good, you might just keep it 😃
